We, Jaap and Lia Teeling- van Hal, would like to welcome you to our site and, at a later date, to our house Alpenglühen in Ehrwald (Tyrol), of which we have been proud owners since mid-2023.

The name Alpenglühen refers to a meteorological phenomenon: In the evening sun, the mountains glow red (Alpenglühen), a sign that the next day will be another beautiful day. And that is exactly what we want to offer you at this beautiful and inviting place. A wonderful place for a long or shorter holiday.

The house stands on a large private property with garden and terrace, private parking and not far from the centre of Ehrwald.
The house brings together history, new construction, comfort and cosiness. Not least because the house also has its own bar for our guests, where there will be a lot of attention to wine in addition to the standard range.
Alpenglühen has 10 modern, newly renovated flats of different sizes, suitable for 2 to 10 people. We have 1 (wheelchair-friendly) flat on the ground floor.

In short, contemporary comfort, wonderful mountain air, breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks such as Grubigstein, Sonnenspitze and, above all, the Zugspitze, and a huge range of indoor and outdoor sports possibilities in winter and summer, make your stay inviting and unforgettable.
