Terms and conditions
In addition to the general conditions as per AGHB, the following additional conditions/house rules apply:
- Deposit: We require a 25% deposit for each booking.
We ask you to pay the remaining amount no later than 3 months before arrival.
- CHECK-IN: Between 4pm – 8pm or otherwise if agreed in advance.
- CHECH-OUT: Between 7am – 9am or otherwise if agreed in advance.
Before departure we ask you to:
- pay your outstanding bill (Kurtaxe, final cleaning, food & drink from the bar etc.) the evening before.
- dispose of waste (bags) properly.
- collect bed linen and leave it in the bathroom together with towels and kitchen towels.
- leave your flat as tidy as possible.
- Stube: Basically open every day from 4pm – 8pm.
Orders in the Stube are settled at the end of each day.
- Keys: In case of loss, €25 per key will be charged.
- Inventory: An inventory list of the apartment can be found in the welcome folder.
The inventory will be checked before your departure. Any (glass) breakage or other calamity will be discussed with you and settled.
- If you have booked several flats: It is not allowed to move furniture between them. Glasses, cutlery, etc. are allowed, but please put them back in the right flat before departure.
- Waste: In Austria, waste is thoroughly separated into PAPER - PLASTIC - CANS – GLASS.
A distinction is also made between PAPER and CARDBOARD and WHITE and COLOURED GLASS.
In your flat there are small bins for PAPER - PLASTIC - CANS and a pedal bin for WASTE.
You can empty PAPER - PLASTIC - CANS into the large bins in the Skiraum, where you will also find the bins for CARDBOARD and WHITE and COLOURED GLASS.
WASTE can be emptyed in the large wheelie bin OUTSIDE opposite the garages.
We charge € 2,-- pp (weekly) waste levy due to the extremely high cost of waste disposal.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the flats.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in and around the house.
If you do, the cleaning costs of your flat will be charged to you.
- Open fire: Open fire is prohibited, including candles and tealights.
- Slippers/House shoes: Inside the house, we ask you to use slippers/house shoes as much as possible and to leave your shoes downstairs in the ski room.
- HÜTTENRUHE: Between 10pm – 7am.
- PRIVAT: We ask you to respect the rooms PRIVAT.
