Terms and conditions.
In addition to the general conditions as per AGHB, the following additional conditions/house rules apply
- Deposit: A 25% deposit is required, pleas pay within 7 days after booking.
We ask you to pay the remaining amount no later than 2 months before arrival.
- CHECK-IN: Between 4pm – 8pm or otherwise if agreed in advance.
- CHECK-OUT: Between 7am – 9am (low season 10am) or otherwise if agreed in advance.
Before departure we ask you to:
- please settle any outstanding bills from the sandwich service/bar in cash the evening before.
- dispose of waste (bags) properly.
- collect bed linen and leave it in the bathroom together with towels and kitchen towels.
- leave your flat as tidy as possible.
- Stube: It is generally open on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
It is also open on other evenings upon request.
- Keys: In case of loss, €75,-- per key will be charged.
- Inventory: An inventory list of the apartment can be found in the welcome folder.
The inventory will be checked before your departure. Any (glass) breakage or other calamity will be discussed with you and settled.
If you have booked several flats: It is not allowed to move furniture between them. Glasses, cutlery, etc. are allowed, but please put them back in the right flat before departure.
- Waste: In Austria, waste is thoroughly separated. In your flat, there are bins for PAPER – PLASTIC/TIN – RESIDUAL WASTE and ORGANIC WASTE.
PAPER – PLASTIC/TIN – RESIDUAL WASTE – GLASS can be emptied into the large bins in the Skiraum, where you will also find bins for CARDBOARD and GLASS.
NB. PAPER is separated into paper and cardboard, GLASS into white and coloured glass.
ORGANIC WASTE can be emptied into the large wheelie bin OUTSIDE opposite the garages.
We charge €2,-- per person per stay for waste disposal due to the extremely high costs of waste disposal.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the flats.
- Smoking: In principle, we are a smoke-free house. If you still wish to smoke/vape, please do so on the bench next to the front door (there is also a flower pot for cigarette butts). If smoking/vaping on the balconies, please clean up afterwards. If there are complaints from neighbouring flats, we will ask you to refrain from smoking/vaping on the balconies.
If you smoke/vape in the flats, the additional cleaning costs for your flat will be charged to you.
- Open fire: Open fire is prohibited, including candles and tealights.
- Slippers/House shoes: Ski-, snowboard- and mountain boots are not permitted indoors.
- HÜTTENRUHE: Between 10pm – 7am.
- PRIVAT: We ask you to respect the rooms PRIVAT.
